TERMS OF SERVICE

To operate any exotic vehicle in the LR Miami LLC ("LR Miami", "Company", "we", or "us") fleet, all primary and secondary drivers must strictly meet the following criteria prior to vehicle turnover:

• Minimum Age: Drivers must be at least 21 years of age. A young driver surcharge or elevated security deposit may apply for drivers under age 25.
• Valid License: A valid, unexpired U.S. or International Driver's License must be presented physically upon delivery. International guests must present a valid passport along with their foreign license.
• Full Coverage Insurance: All renters must maintain full-coverage automobile insurance (Liability, Comprehensive, and Collision) that transfers seamlessly to exotic/rental vehicles with sufficient property damage limits.

LR Miami accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Wire Transfer / ACH payments.

• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit ranging from $1,000 to $5,000+ (depending on vehicle tier and driver profile) is authorized or processed prior to vehicle dispatch.
• Deposit Release: Security deposits are released or refunded following a thorough check-in inspection of the vehicle, provided there is no damage, missing accessories, unpaid tolls, or excessive cleaning fees. Card processing returns typically reflect within 3 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
• Tolls & Incidentals: All vehicles are equipped with SunPass transponders. Incurred tolls, parking fines, and red-light tickets are billed directly to the payment method on file plus a nominal administrative fee.

Due to high demand and strict scheduling of exotic vehicles and yacht charters in Miami, our cancellation schedule is strictly enforced:

• 72+ Hours Notice: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to reservation start receive a 100% store credit applicable toward future rentals within 12 months.
• Within 72 Hours: Cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled delivery forfeit 50% of total reservation charges.
• Same-Day / No-Show: Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows forfeit 100% of rental charges.
• Weather Policy (Yacht Charters): Yacht charters cancelled due to official Coast Guard weather warnings or unsafe sea conditions will be rescheduled or issued full credit.

To maintain our high fleet standards, renters agree to adhere strictly to operational guidelines:

• No Smoking / Vaping: Strictly zero smoking or vaping allowed inside any vehicle. A mandatory $500 detail & detailing fee will be charged for any smoke odor or residue.
• No Racing or Track Usage: Vehicles may not be driven on racetracks, test tracks, or in organized racing events. All telemetry sensors are monitored. Violation immediately voids insurance coverage and forfeits the security deposit.
• Geographic Boundaries: LR Miami fleet vehicles are restricted to the state of Florida unless explicit written authorization is granted by management prior to departure.
• Unauthorized Drivers: Only verified drivers listed on the executed Rental Agreement are permitted to operate the vehicle.

All yacht charters include a licensed USCG Captain and crew. Guests must follow captain safety instructions at all times while aboard.

Chauffeur services and executive transportation are conducted by licensed professional drivers. Overtime hours or route alterations requested during service will be billed to the primary reservation account.

LR Miami LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from vehicle breakdowns, weather disruptions, or client delays. Total liability shall not exceed rental fees paid for the specific reservation.
